Big News!

We have some BIG news that we’ve been keeping to ourselves!

Yes, we are moving! We’ve known for about a month and we have been getting our house ready to sell, packing, rearranging schedules and just planning for this move. I feel like it wasn’t that long ago that I said we were moving from Dallas to Houston! 

Once we found out that we were moving, I had exactly 2 weeks to declutter my house and renovate a bathroom before they came to take pics of our house before it got listed. Our listing went live just 1 week after that. Here is a little of how that went. 

We spent a lot of time decluttering, and by we I mean I since my husband was gone just 2 weeks after we found out.

We played a little and spent A LOT of time in the car due to house showings and a lot of time at Home Depot buying boxes.  

I had my last day of work 2 days before our house listing went live. 

We also had some renovations to do and I had a lot of doors to finish painting. 

I had a garage sale and then sold some other big furniture items. 

There was SO MUCH to do, but it got done. Y’all this is our biggest move yet. Truth be told, I’m a little nervous, but I’m looking forward to new places to see, eat, and explore as a family. Everything is lined up and we are out of here in a week. Stay tuned for a follow up post about our move.
