Last week was my birthday and we celebrated with dinner out as a family, like we usually do. I usually don’t want or ask for anything for my birthday, but this year was a little different.
For a while now I’ve been wanting a wrist tattoo, I just was never sure what I wanted it to be of, but after several things that happened to me this year I knew exactly what I wanted it to be.
In addition to my new tattoo, I had this foot tattoo touched up. It has been well over 10 years since I had this one done and it has had plenty of sun exposure so it really needed a touch up.

“Trust without borders”.
A simple phrase that means so much to me. When things don’t go as planned, I trust that His plans are always better than mine. I trust that things happen for me, not to me.
