It’s Father’s Day, and although I don’t celebrate my own father, I celebrate my husband and I’m thankful to have had an uncle who was like a father to me growing up. He was the uncle that went with me to father-daughter events even when he didn’t have to.
I’ve always made it a point to celebrate Father’s Day for my husband, especially after having a little one of our own.
So, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge this man right here. He is always encouraging me to pursue my passions and making it possible to do so. He loves our family and works tirelessly to care for us with love and without asking for anything in return. He loves his children, he’s a committed partner to me and a friend to everyone he meets. I’m so lucky to be his wife, and so grateful that he is the father to 4 amazing kids. Your heart and love for them is SO big.
