My mom flew in this past Monday, and it’s been great having her around this past week. She has one more week here; she leaves on Friday. We finished up some last minute shopping. I did most of my Christmas shopping online. In my opinion, it’s the best way to shop. No crowds or lines = bonus! We went to church Christmas eve and celebrated Christmas day.
Tracking where Santa is. He doesn’t truly get the entire meaning, but we’re working on it and hopefully by next year he’ll be a little more understanding.

We had some crazy weather in our area this past week. Some people were hit by tornados just after Christmas. We happened to be eating dinner at Rainforest Cafe while it was all going on. By the way don’t have dinner at Rainforest Cafe with a 2 year old. It was not the best idea my husband has ever had. Mason was scared the entire time, so I ate dinner holding him 🙂
Cold and rainy day calls for some Hunter boots!
