Our week was busy and included a play date with one a friend of mine. We also took your 9 month old photos this past weekend and the weather was perfectly hot for them too, but you were a trooper. We also enjoyed a little pool time and a nice anniversary dinner. Highlights of this week are:
- You are starting to dance, especially if you hear the hot dog song from Mickey Mouse. You twist your waist from right to left and your eyes light up!
- You are walking around with your Radio Flyer wagon. You seem to have found a new sense of freedom and I know that when you start walking things will change drastically.
- We started brushing your teeth since you now have 8 teeth! You don’t seem to mind it and you love to swallow the toothpaste.
- You learned how to play hide-n-seek with sheets. You cover your face and then uncover your face and when we say “boo” you just laugh so hard! You think it’s the funnest thing ever.
- You’ve also started giving high five’s!
- You love giving wet kisses and you’ve begun to clinch your fists and express when you’re angry or frustrated.
- On Friday, we had small play date with one of my friends and her daughter. We met at NorthPark mall. I didn’t quite realize they had so much for kids to do, besides a germ infested play area. We went to the mini library in the mall and you enjoyed playing with the activity cubes and occasionally grabbing a book or two.
- Saturday was mommy and daddy’s 6th anniversary, so we went and enjoyed a nice dinner with you of course.
- We made it out to the pool this week, after daddy got home from work.You do love the water slides that daddy takes you with him on.
- You are drinking five-six 6oz. bottles formula per day.
- You’re eating puréed foods 3 times a day and slowing beginning to take regular food.
- You’re still going to sleep by 8:30pm and waking up once a night between 5:00-6:00am.
