Mason-Week 18, Incredibly Blessed Nest Blog

WOW…we have an 18 week old baby boy! Our little boy continues to change so much and is getting so big! I am so in love with my handsome boy! You’re looking more and more like your daddy! You have new hair growing in, since a lot of your baby hair has fallen out, and it is looking a little blondish-red. Guess we’ll see what it ends up looking like. Right now, your eyes are still a grayish-green color and they are gorgeous! Hopefully they’ll stay that color!

Well here are the highlights of your week:

Over the weekend your sleeping at night improved. One morning you didn’t wake up until 6:15am, and that was because I woke you to feed.
You went with daddy to church and spent some time in the nursery while he ushered. The ladies said you were so good.
You got your first official rash! Mommy wasn’t too sure what it was, since you had just had your immunizations the day before, so I figured I would keep a close eye on it. On Monday, it progressively got worse and spread to your arms and neck. Mommy decided to keep you home from daycare and take you to the doctor. Dr. C said it was just a viral rash and there was nothing we could do about it. Luckily, it doesn’t seem to be bothering you at all.
You went with daddy to Main Event and had so much fun you fell asleep in your carrier while you were there.
Your latest hobby is pulling your feet into your mouth, while it’s gross it’s still cute!
You love to play with your toys, but you get frustrated when you can’t quite get it into your mouth like want and you let us know by letting out a loud yell!
Your feeds are the same. You take three bottles while mommy isn’t there and you nurse twice a day.
